We are Elizabeth Jones Law, a private client legal services company based in South Wales. We look after individuals, families and business owners who need expert advice on wills, estate planning and estate administration, as well as lasting power of attorney and loss of capacity issues.

Please note that we are not a regulated law firm. At the end of 2019, a new rule came into effect that allows me to be a qualified solicitor operating in a non-regulated company. The work we do here is unregulated; I do my regulated work at another practice, while this business serves as an alternative to traditional law firms.

Nevertheless, our services are insured and we operate in a similar way to a standard law firm. But we are generally cheaper and provide a more personal service.

All clients speak directly to me, the legal expert - not a secretary or anyone else who will tell you to leave a message and wait for a call back. One of the most common complaints about law firms is that you can't get hold of the actual solicitor who is supposed to be dealing with your matter. Rest assured you won't have this problem with me.
